The LTO portal, officially known as the Land Transportation Management System (LTMS), is a web-based system designed to streamline transactions for both local and overseas Filipino motorists. How to Register to the LTMS Portal:
- Go to portal.lto.gov.ph and click the Register Now button.
- Go over the Terms of Agreement and then click the Yes, I accept box if you agree. Type the security code on the box provided at the bottom and then click the Next button.
- Select the type of enrollment you prefer; however, for this blog, we will only cover individual enrollment. Choose Enroll as an Individual.
- Answer all the questions and provide all the information needed in the succeeding registration pages. These include your nationality, name, and birth details, contact information such as your email address and mobile number, and any existing driver’s or conductor’s licenses you may have. Click the Create Account button when done.
- After registering, you will get an email containing your 15-digit LTO client number and a verification link. Click on the link within 24 hours to confirm your registration and set up a password for your account. If you miss the 24-hour window, you will need to register again.
- After verifying your registration and creating a password, you may now access your LTMS account and access the various LTO online services available on the portal.
