Delivery Reminders

  1. For a smooth delivery and the security of your document/s, please prepare any valid ID from our list of acceptable IDs and present it to the courier upon delivery.
  2. After placing an order, we suggest you assign an Authorized Person to Receive just in case you will not be available to personally receive the PSA document/s during delivery. You can do this by clicking "I want to assign an Authorized Person to Receive the document" on the last stage of placing an order. An email will be sent to your registered e-mail address containing a secure link.
  3. For unsuccessful delivery attempts, you may call us at (02) 8737-1111, Monday to Saturday excluding holidays, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. You may also reach us via email at help@psahelpline.ph.
  4. All undelivered documents shall be returned to the Philippine Statistics Authority and eventually disposed. Please call or email us to schedule the redelivery of your document.
