Can I pick up my PSA birth certificate?

PSAHelpline gives you the option to pick-up your PSA certificate applied online at select Robinsons Department Store (RDS) Business Centers.

Which Robinsons Department Store (RDS) business centers are the pickup locations?

How much does a PSA certificate cost?

A copy of a PSA birth, marriage, or death certificate costs P 335.00. A copy of a PSA CENOMAR costs P 390.00.

How can I pay for my order?

You may pay through our official payment channels as follows:

Via online: Visa or Mastercard, GCash, Maya or Bayad Online.

Via Over-the-Counter: 7- Eleven, Bayad centers, Palawan Pawnshops, Dragonpay

How will I know if my requested document is ready for pick up?

We will inform you via email and SMS when your order is ready to be picked up.

What are the requirements to be presented to the RDS staff to claim my requested document?

Bring your valid government ID that matches your name in your application to avoid delay in the release of your document.

For any of the scenarios below, please contact us before claiming your document at (02)87371111 Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, except holidays or send an email to help@psahelpline.ph.

  1. With mismatch between the name in the application and valid government ID – you may be required to forward supporting document/s to establish your identity.
  2. Applicant is a foreign national - you may be required to send additional requirements for validation.

Can I change the RDS branch previously chosen after I placed the application?

Once the application has been paid, the pickup location can no longer be changed.

Can I authorize someone to pick up my documents?

Authorized representatives are not allowed. Only the authorized requester who applied for the document will be allowed to claim the document.

Can I choose the “Pickup Option in the RDS branch” if I'm currently residing abroad? Can I assign a family member to claim it for myself?

If your parent or child of legal age is residing in the Philippines, he / she can apply for your document and claim it at your preferred Robinsons Department Store (RDS) business centers.

If you have already placed an order, please send us an email at help@psahelpline.ph with Subject Line: Inquiry on RP Abroad Requirements and Reference Number before sending your representative to claim your order. We will send the requirements to your email address.

Please be advised that the release of your document/s will depend on the validation of the requirements you have submitted.

Until when can I claim my document at the RDS branch?

Your requested document will be at the Robinsons Department Store (RDS) business center for thirty (30) calendar days from the notification that the document is ready for pick up.

What will happen to my PSA document if I don't claim it after 30-calendar days in RDS?

We will retrieve your document from the branch for safekeeping. Please be advised that all unclaimed documents shall be returned to the Philippine Statistics Authority and eventually disposed. You may call or email us to advise your availability to claim your document at the same RDS business center.

You can also send an email request for an extension citing the reason to help@psahelpline.ph with your reference number.

When can I pick up the PSA document at the RDS business center?

When you get our notification that your PSA document is ready for pick up, you may already visit the branch you chose in your application and proceed to the Business Center. You may claim your document any time from 10:00am to 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday. Remember to bring your original valid ID that matches your name in the application to avoid delay in the release of your document.
